会場の建物に着いたらエレベーターで4階にあがってください。 エレベーターを降りると左にＣという部屋があるので、まずそこで名前と番号を確認してリストバンドを受け取ってください。 Ｔシャツを予約している方はそこでお受け取りください。（現金のご用意をお願いします） FULL PASSとPARTY PASS受付は国内のダンサーと海外からのダンサーでわかれています。
＊貴重品をのぞき、バッグやスーツケース、コートなどはこの部屋に置いてダンスフロアには持ち込まないようお願いします。

Leeheyge is a stylish scarf brand with a vintage feel, will be released. This time the theme is "Bal Swing".
Prior to being sold on the website, 8 copies of each will be sold at TBW2025.

●Mix & Match on Sunday 23rd !
competitors must be at the venue at 5:10 p.m

There, bib numbers will be distributed and competition meetings will be held.
Judging for the preliminary round will be done separately for leaders and followers.
The main judges for the preliminary round will be Alice & Blake, plus Heeseong & Sophia (Seoul) and Takga & Asuka (Nagoya).
The competition will begin immediately after the party begins.

The finalists will be announced around 7:50 p.m.
Immediately after the announcement, the final will be held with a performance by AGSQ+1.
The judges for the final will be Alice & Blake.
The final will be held in a spotlight format and judged on a couple-by-couple basis.
Judges will be based on the leader's bib number, so leaders who remain in the final must be wearing their bib number.
Once the partners have been shuffled and decided, the finals will begin after a short warm-up.

The results will be announced immediately after AGSQ's second set.

●M&M参加者は必ず会場に5:10p.mにお集まりください。

そこでゼッケンをお渡ししてコンペミーティングを行います。 予選のジャッジはリーダー、フォロワー個別に行います。 予選のメインジャッジはAlice & Blake、加えてHeeseong & Sophia (Seoul)、Takga & Asuka (Nagoya)です。 コンペティションはパーティー開始後すぐに行います。
ファイナリストの発表は7:50p.m前後に行います。 発表後、すぐに決勝がAGSQの演奏で行われます。 決勝のジャッジはAlice & Blakeです。 決勝はスポットライト形式で行い、カップル単位でジャッジされます。 リーダーのゼッケン番号でジャッジしますので、フィナルに残ったリーダーはゼッケンを必ずつけてください。 シャッフルでパートナーが決まったら、短いウォーミングアップ後、決勝が開始されます。
結果発表はAGSQの2nd setの直後に行います。

●One min Bal showcase on Saturday 22nd !
Competitors must come to the venue at 6:20p.m.(Only a representative is OK.)

Before the competition, we will confirm the order of performance, standing positions, and audio sources. Since the band is currently rehearsing, only the first five seconds of the competition song will be played. This time there are six entries. The competition will begin immediately after the band's first set. Please gather at the designated location around the time of the band's final song. (Explanation will be given on the day) The judges will be Alice & Blake, and there will be no ranking, with the trophy awarded only to the winner. The results will be announced immediately after the band's second set, so all members must be present at the venue.
