Late Night Party tickets will be available at the door only.
Fee
-For "FULL PASS", "21 PASS", "22 PASS", and "PARTY PASS" holders → ¥1,000
-Other dancers → ¥2,000
If you’d like to join, please email us. Due to limited capacity, we may not be able to accept walk-ins without a reservation.

*Please note that tickets for the day of the party are cash only.

●Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by August 31 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made by September 30 will receive a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made on or after October 1.

8/31までのキャンセル100%返金：9/30まで50％返金、10/1以降のキャンセルには返金できませんのでご了承ください。

Sometimes our emails may not reach you, so please add our email address to your contacts before registering.

001- Please fill in the following items and email us at "tokyo_balboa@swing-jack.com".

2. Lead or follow ?
3. Ticket type
4. Your City & Country
5. Will you compete in the Mix & Match or One Minute Showcase ?
6. Would you like to sign up for the late-night party? (You can make a reservation later.)

002 - We will reply with the payment method

Payment Policy
Please complete your payment within one week of receiving the payment instructions email. If payment is not confirmed within one week, your registration will be automatically cancelled. In that case, please register again.
All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY).
*Please bear the transfer fee

003 - After we confirm your payment, we will send you a confirmation email with your registration number.

This completes your registration.

When you first register at the event, please tell us your name and registration number to receive your wristband. Please keep your wristband with you during the event, as it will be required at all times.

レジストレーションの流れ

001 - 下記の項目をご記入の上、"tokyo_balboa@swing-jack.com"宛てにメールをお申込ください。

●レイトナイトパーティーの予約はしますか？（予約は後からでも大丈夫です）

002 - 振込先と詳細を返信いたします。

支払い方法のご案内メールを受け取ってから、1週間以内にお支払いください。 1週間を過ぎてもお振込みが確認できない場合は、キャンセル扱いとなります。 その場合は、恐れ入りますが再度レジストをおこなってください。
なお、お支払いは必ず日本円でお願いいたします。
※振込手数料はご負担ください。

003 - 支払い確認後、レジスト番号と確認のメールを送ります。

これでレジストレーションは完了です。

最初のレジスト時に名前とレジスト番号を言ってリストバンドをお受け取りください。
＊リストバンドはイベント中は必要なのでなくさないようお願いします。
